Advectus meets and greets clients from commercial flights at the UK’s main airport, London Heathrow. With over 80 million passengers a year passing through four terminals, Heathrow is not only vast but extremely busy. We agree a meeting point with clients close to the Arrivals exit of the terminal at which they will arrive, supply a contact number to keep in touch with the driver and ensure our driver has a name board so that passengers can pinpoint them easily.

There are no waiting charges for one hour from the aircraft arriving on stand, after which charges are per 15 minutes. Parking charges will apply at Heathrow for meeting commercial passengers, as will a £6 drop-off fee for departing passengers.
